Most design revisions or creative assets are delivered within 2–4 business days. Larger projects, such as new ad campaigns or multi-platform strategies, may take up to 7 business days.

Expedited requests can sometimes be accommodated depending on your tier.

Each plan includes a set number of service hours per billing cycle (Redline: 2, Violet: 8, Goldline: 16, Obsidian: custom by quote).

These hours reset at the start of each new billing cycle and do not roll over.

This ensures consistent planning and prioritization for every client.

You can purchase additional service hours at a flat rate of $85/hour.

This gives you flexibility without committing to a higher tier.
